Professional skills such as communication, teamwork and critical thinking are essential for engineering education in an increasingly complex and technological world, forming a foundation for lifelong learning throughout one’s career. The SiRAM model (skills integration through reflection, awareness and manifestation) presents a comprehensive approach to engineering education that offers systematic integration of professional skills development into engineering courses.
