אנו מבקשים הסכמתך לצילום ולשימוש סביר בתמונות/ סרטונים שבהם את/ה עשויים להופיע, ללא פרסום פרטים אישיים מזהים וללא שימוש פוגעני או מסחרי או העברה לידי צדדים שלישיים.
באירועים המהווים חלק מחובת הקורס או מהדרישות האקדמיות – אי הסכמה להצטלם או להופיע בפרסום לא תפגע בשום זכות של הסטודנט, לרבות ציון, השתתפות, עמידה בדרישות הקורס או כל היבט אקדמי אחר.
The event will be photographed and recorded for documentation, marketing, and promotion of the College’s activities (including on the College website and social media channels).
We request your consent to be photographed/recorded and to allow reasonable use of photos/videos in which you may appear, without publishing personally identifying details and without any offensive or commercial use, or transfer to third parties.
For events that are part of a course requirement or academic obligations, refusal to be photographed or to appear in publications will not affect any of the student’s rights, including grades, participation, fulfillment of course requirements, or any other academic matter.
