Professor Jeroen de Mast
Jeroen de Mast earned his MSc in mathematics at the University of Leiden, and a doctorate in industrial statistics at the University of Amsterdam. Currently, he is professor of Methods and Statistics for Operations Management at the Business School of the University of Amsterdam. His main research topics are the statistical evaluation of measurement systems, and quantitative methodologies for operations improvement. His contributions to scientific research have been awarded with the Feigenbaum, Brumbaugh, and other international awards. He has served as associate editor of Technometrics and section editor of Wiley’s Encyclopedia of Statistics in Quality and Reliability. In 2013, as visiting professor, he has taught at the prestigious Boğaziçi University in Istanbul.Besides his academic work, Jeroen works as a specialist in operations and process management in business, healthcare and industry. Since 1997 he has trained hundreds of professionals in a wide variety of organizations to the six sigma levels of greenbelt, black belt and master black belt. He is one of the co-founders of the Dommelvalley Platform, an initiative of the high-tech industry in Eindhoven for the exchange of knowledge on quality and reliability in product development. He has co-authored four books on lean and six sigma.

Dr. Isaac Sheps
Dr. Isaac Sheps is a recognized quality management expert. For the last 20 years he has been a member of the international committee ISO/TC176, responsible for developing the ISO 9000 family of standards. In 2015 was nominated as Convener of SC2/WG25 responsible for the revision of ISO 9004 standard. Professionally engaged in quality management for over 30 years, he has integrated quality management systems in many companies and is the author of PhD thesis and several papers on quality and productivity management.The lecture title:
Moving from Product Quality to Organization Quality
to Achieve Sustained Success of an Organization.

Isaac Sheps was born on 26 March 1949 in Romania.
He was educated in industrial engineering and management; holds an MBA degree and PhD in economics.
Isaac started his career in the brewing industry in 1998 as President and CEO of United Romanian Breweries (Tuborg Romania). In 2004 he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors for Carlsberg business in Bulgaria, Serbia and Croatia. In 2006 he became CEO of Carlsberg Serbia. From March 2007 until October 2008, while holding the position of CEO Carlsberg South East Europe, he was in charge of 7 countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro). In October 2008 – November 2011, he was CEO Carlsberg UK.
In December, 2011 Isaac Sheps was appointed President of Baltika Breweries and member of Carlsberg Group ExCom as Senior Vice President Eastern Europe, a position he hold until 1st of January 2015 when he was appointed as Senior Executive Advisor to the Carlsberg Group CEO and ExCom and member of the advisory board of Baltika for one year before his planned retiring on 1st January 2016
In September 2012 he was elected Chairman of the Union of Russian Brewers.
In July 2014 he was appointed as a member of the Advisory Council to the board of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
In May 2013, Isaac Sheps received HRH Prince Henrik of Denmark’s Royal Medal of Honour for his considerable efforts in promoting and strengthening the biggest Danish investment in Russia.
In September 2014 Isaac Sheps received a Honorary Diploma from the President of Russian Federation V. Putin for merits in preparation and conducting of the Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, Russia.
Prior to joining Carlsberg, Dr. Sheps held senior management positions in the electronic and electro-optic industries (in Israel) , including board membership in two daughter companies in USA and Chairman of the board of a company in Israel , in the electro – optic industry.
Prior to his civilian positions Dr. Sheps served in the Israel Air Force for 15 years as an officer reaching the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

דב פרי שימש מאז 2012 ועד סוף 2015, למשך שתי קדנציות, כיו”ר האיגוד הישראלי לאיכות. פרי בוגר הטכניון, חיפה, בהנדסת חשמל (1972). לפרי ניסיון מקצועי עשיר בתעשיית ה- Hi-Tech
בהנדסת אמינות ואיכות, בניהול איכות וניהול מערכות מידע.   כמו כן, פרי משמש מאז 2009 כיו”ר המערכת של כתב העת לאיכות ומצוינות “איכות”. בשנת 2011 הוא זכה לתואר “עמית” של
האיגוד הישראלי לאיכות. במסגרת שיתוף הפעולה עם מכון התקנים הישראלי, משמש כחבר במועצה הכללית של המכון, כחבר בוועדה להתאמה נאותות להתעדה, כחבר בצוות ההיגוי ובנשיאות
של תחרות הפרס הלאומי לאיכות ומצוינות על שם יצחק רבין ז”ל במגזר העסקי, כנציג האיגוד בשתי ועדות טכניות לתקינה וכיו”ר ועדת מומחים לתקני ניהול אבטחה בשרשרת אספקה במסגרת שיתוף הפעולה עם נציבות שירות המדינה, משמש כחבר בצוות ההיגוי ובנשיאות של תחרות הפרס הלאומי לאיכות ומצוינות על שם יצחק רבין ז”ל במגזר הציבורי במסגרת שיתוף הפעולה עם הרשות הלאומית להסמכת מעבדות משמש כחבר בוועדה המייעצת למנכ”ל הרשות. בעל עבר עשיר של מאמרים והרצאות בכנסי האיכות ובמסגרות נוספות.
פעיל מאוד במיזמים לקידום החינוך הטכנולוגי בישראל. מתנדב בתחרות הרובוטיקה FIRST לתלמידי תיכון, בה משמש כבוחן ראשי של התחרו

  • Dr. Michel Assenheimer
    Michel Assenheimer obtained an engineering degree from the Free University of Brussels, a M.Sc. in applied physics, and a Ph.D. in physics from The Weizmann Institute of Science in 1984, 1988, and 1994, respectively. During his scientific career he was a visiting fellow at the Max-Planck-Institute in 1987 and a postdoctoral fellow at the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Paris between 1994 and 1996. His experimental Ph.D. research focused on nonlinear pattern dynamics near the gas-liquid critical point in spatially extended systems.
    Since 1997 he has worked in various startup high-tech companies in fields such as biofeedback wearables, imaging modality medical devices, and drug target discovery. Over the past 11 years he has been with HP Indigo Division, an industry leader in digital print platforms for businesses. During the first 5 years, he managed a team that contributed to the advancement of HP Indigo’s best-in-class print quality. Since 2010, he is a key leader of HP Indigo’s efforts to reduce costs of pages printed. This is intimately related to improving the reliability of HP Indigo printing presses and will be the focus of his plenary talk.
    Dr. Assenheimer is an HP master in program management. He authored 15 peer reviewed scientific papers and is the holder of 5 granted patents and has 10 pending applications.

    מעל 20 שנות ניסיון מעשי בפיתוח והטמעה של תכניות למידה.
    פיתחה גישה ייחודית, להובלה והטמעה של תהליכי התפתחות ושינוי המבוססת על שיטת Snoezelen . בעלת ניסיון רב בישום מוצלח של השיטה במוסדות לימוד.
    חקרה את השפעת שינויי הסביבה על שינויי התנהגות של בני האדם, על בסיס מחקר זה פיתחה שיטה ייחודית – Inainterior להתפתחות אישית ובינאישית באמצעות שינויים סביבתיים.

DR. Avigdor Zonnenshain
DR. Avigdor Zonnenshain is the Senior Research Fellow at The Gordon Center for Systems Engineering at the Neaman Institute at the Technion, Haifa, Israel. Dr. Zonnenshain has a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona, Tucson. Dr. Zonnenshain has held several major positions in the quality and systems engineering area.
Dr. Zonnenshain is an active member of the Israel Society for Quality (ISQ). He is the leader of the assessment team for the National Quality Award for Industry. He is also the chairperson of the Standardization Committee for Management and Quality. Dr. Zonnenshain is active in the community as chairperson of the Steering Committee of RAFAEL for Social Responsibility. Additionally, he is a Senior Adjunct Lecturer at the TechnionIsrael Institute of Technology. He advises students who seek advanced degrees in Quality, Management and Systems Engineering. Dr. Zonnenshain serves as a director on the board and the executive board of the University of Haifa. Dr. Zonnenshain is also an active member of INCOSE & INCOSE_IL and a Fellow of INCOSE.

 

Dr. Gilead Fortuna 
Dr. Fortuna has over 45 years’ experience in business development, strategy, and research and development, primarily in the technology, chemical engineering (including water treatment), and pharmaceutical sectors. He holds a BSc and MSc from Technion in Israel and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois. During his career, he has held president and CEO positions at subsidiaries of Israel Chemicals Ltd., a CTO of Israel Chemicals Industries Corporate, and senior business development roles at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. In addition Fortuna is the cofounder of Aquise, a successful water treatment company in Israel, and the founder of Novetide, a very successful pharmaceutical company in Israel. Dr. Fortuna is an experienced director and board member, having served on the board at Rotem Amfert Negev Ltd., Bromine Group Ltd., and Enzymotec Ltd. until it floated on NASDAQ in 2013.
Currently, Dr. Fortuna serves as a Senior Research Fellow, Founder, and Head of the Center for Industrial Excellence at the Samuel Neaman Institute for National Policy Research. As part of this role, Dr. Fortuna is a consultant to Newtech, a government agency responsible for advancing Israel’s national water and energy program. Dr. Fortuna also serves as a director at Amiad Water Systems Company and on the board and the executive board of the Technion. In addition, he has acted as Visiting Professor in the Faculty of Engineering at the City University of New York.
